The Miracle on 42nd Street

Right now, 42nd Street is leaving people behind. Slow buses, narrow sidewalks, and zero protected space to bike make it impossible to get around.

We need a miracle, and luckily we know miracles are possible. Safer, more efficient, and vibrant crosstown streets are needed now more than ever. As one of Manhattan's busiest and most iconic streets, 42nd Street can and should prioritize pedestrians, bus riders, and bike riders.
