Ride Safe, Ride Right
Twenty is plenty, no matter who you are or how you're getting around — and new legislation in the City Council, the Ride Safe, Ride Right bill, would end the sale of faster e-bikes, to ensure everyone is riding at a safe speed. By restricting the fastest e-bikes at the point of sale, enforcement happens before a rider even visits the store. This bill regulates products, not people. With Ride Safe, Ride Right, we can make sure every e-bike sold in our city is a safe bike.
