Pics From Last Night, What’s Next, and How You Can Help Save Congestion Pricing
Last night, TA organized the LARGEST EVER protest in support of congestion pricing. Hundreds of New Yorkers took to the streets to stop Kathy Hochul and save congestion pricing. We won’t stop fighting until we win. Now, we need your help. Can you make a donation to support the fight for congestion pricing?
Since Governor Hochul’s spineless announcement last week, TA’s staff has been working overtime to save congestion pricing. We’ve organized thousands of emails, thousands of calls, two trips to Albany, and two rallies, including last night’s powerful action at Kathy Hochul’s office.
Next, we are turning our organizing power to two dates: June 26, when the MTA Board meets, and June 30, when the congestion pricing cameras are supposed to turn on. Your donation directly fuels this work. Will you fuel our organizing and help us activate more New Yorkers for this movement?
Please donate today and tell your friends and neighbors how they can join in to get congestion pricing over the finish line.
So far, what we’re doing together is working – lawmakers have said they’ve never received this many calls about a single issue, and last night was the biggest pro-congestion pricing march in the history of New York City – but we need your help to get this done.
