The Queensboro Bridge South Outer Walkway opening is delayed again (now projected for "this winter.") We need to hold the city accountable for their promise to open it "late this summer" and demand that the NYC Department of Transportation open the South Outer Walkway to pedestrians ASAP instead of prioritizing cars as they finish the upper deck work.
