Kudos to the State DOT for creating a website dedicated to the improvement study of the Cross Bronx and Major Deegan expressways in the Bronx. It should be a matter of course that all major governmental projects - transportation and otherwise - would have accurate, timely posting on dedicated websites for public inspection and comment.
