The success of the Car-Free Prospect Park Campaign lies with Transportation Alternative's many enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers. Throughout this campaign, we have relied on local volunteers to take the lead and make this campaign a success. Volunteers have met with community boards, elected officials, business owners and park users to educate the community on the importance of car-free spaces while at the same time building a broad coalition of supporters.
